Description

The DC Sports header systems are dyno tested. They precision-bend their headers on a CNC mandrel bender. Their flanges are CNC machined, they machine-grind the flange mating surface to ensure a leak-free seal and use a robotic welder to attach the flange to the header pipes. Their state-of-art manufacturing process ensures superior quality and a perfect fit with every header.

The 50-state legal DC Sports header 4 into 1 one-piece designed to deliver incredible low to mid-range power gain, while improving ground clearance and reducing weight by eliminating the middle flanges. Their 4-2-1 one-piece header is much lighter than stock systems.
