09-10 Toyota var_Corolla foglights from the dealer are nice and all, but they can be a bit plain. While they are much more solid and reliable than the aftermarket fog lights, they don't give you the nicer styling options available out there. Enter: Nokya.
Nokya has had a pretty strong reputation in the lighting market for years now. With high quality lighting components at affordable prices, they have been a strong affordable alternative to the giants of the lighting industry in Germany and Japan. Now, Nokya is proud to offer these LED OEM replacement foglights for your Corolla. With 2 GIGANTIC high powered LED's per side, and an aggressive half circle split design, these foglights not only look great, but they perform great as well.
They are just as heavy duty as those Corolla Toyota foglights from the dealer too. With a glass lens and die cast aluminum body, each light weighs in at about 1.5 lbs. of pure solid construction. Also, in addition to their look, they put out a gorgeous super white 5300K light. Sold in the complete pair, and for bezel not included. For replacement of factory foglights only (Corolla bezels, mounting hardware, wiring, and switch would be required for a new installation).
Made in Korea.
- Many vehicles (especially trucks and SUV's) come with fog light harnesses pre-installed. Check around the area where the foglights are supposed to be installed and you may find stock harnesses taped inside around (usually above) the installation area. Please check for this before running a new wire harness.
- As with all light bulbs, never touch the glass of the light bulbs with your bare hands. The oil from your hands can stick to the bulb and make it explode. Either do not touch the glass of the bulb, or use clean rubber gloves while installing.
- You may get a check engine light on your Toyota Corolla if you install foglights without resetting the computer. To prevent this (and for safety) you should disconnect the battery before installing fog lights onto your Corolla, and reconnect the battery only after installation is complete
- If you are picky about how your dashboard looks, you may want to go to the dealer (or a junkyard that has a Corolla with fog lights) and purchase a stock fog light harness and switch. These can be easily used with NOKYA fog lights.
- If you plan on using an HID kit with your halo projector foglights, please use a low watt kit (usually 35w) as high watt kits (usually 55w plus) run hot and could damage the projector lenses on your Corolla fog lights
